USD 1.55 million for defective helmet

An engineer and father of two small children, fell from his bike and landed on his head. Subsequently he died from a massive brain injury, because the helmet he was wearing was defectively designed and failed to meet industry standards.

Product liability attorneys Casper, Meadows, Schwartz and Cook succeeded in obtaining USD 1.55 million in the California court in a claim on behalf of the deceased.
